Secret #2: How I Found Meaning In My Past And Used My Health Journey As A Vehicle To Encourage Others While Earning An Additional Income WITHOUT Being A Fitness Expert.​

 

I LOVE what Tony Robbins says about life happening FOR US, not to us.

 

What does that even mean, right?

Well, think about it for a second...

 

Perspective is KEY and depending on your perspective, the story you are telling yourself, THAT identity inevitably DRIVES all your behavior.

​

"I'm not good enough"

 "I could never do what she does"

​

So you don't, right?

​

Those are CONDITIONED BELIEFS that you heard or saw throughout your life. Lies you've told yourself or someone has told you. And how you see yourself is then reflective in how you behave. It is why it is so hard for most people to break free of the poverty or toxic generations before them. They've been conditioned to believe this is it for their life.. that life has happened to them, not FOR them.

​

But what if you shifted your perception on that experience and gave it a NEW meaning? To tell yourself the story of that same experience in a way that would empower you? THAT, could change your life in an instant.

 

Do you see that?

 

How making a conscious decision to recognize that the pain that could keep you repeating history as a victim ALSO has the same potential to change everything, making you a victor? Most people are completely oblivious to the power that their thoughts have and while these beliefs may not be their fault they are the VERY thing keeping most stagnant and in despair.

BUT once you are able to recognize this, you allow room to reframe your thinking into a series of empowering beliefs. This is where breakthroughs HAPPEN. This is where ACTION begins and lives change.

"I could try and one day, with enough work- I could be where she is at"

I saw myself not good enough > So I changed how I saw myself >  I showcased new empowering statements > And I began to take action

​

If you want to go places most people can't YOU HAVE TO bridge the gap in the foundation of your mind first; The ONLY limitations we have are the ones we place on OURSELVES.​

Tell me, are the things you are telling yourself right now things that you'd tell your child? 

​

Probably not, right? So STOP.

​

Is it easy? Most definitely not. This will be the hardest thing you do in life and business BUT nothing worth having comes easy, right?

​

The change will start with you IF you allow it too. IF you have the willingness to do the mental work required, you CAN rewire your mind for positive, empowering thinking, thinking that will inevitably rewrite your identity changing your behavior to take the action necessary to reach those desires in your heart.

 

So know that YOU ARE CAPABLE AND BE WILLING. Willing to do what it takes to change your circumstances and rewrite your life as YOU want to see it. We were NOT born doubting ourselves or our potential! We were CONDITIONED to.

You see, without every single event that I could have complained about leading me up to that night, googling another way- I wouldn’t be where I am at today. And let me tell you, my today is full of so much more love, joy, and gratitude than I ever imagined possible for my life.

​

Google led me to my coach and mentor- a woman who came from so much pain like I did but chose to REWRITE her future instead of becoming a victim of it. She combined her fitness platform and story to reach others, give them hope and show them what was possible while building a life of complete financial flexibility through IMPACT.

​

She showed me that I didn’t have to be a fitness expert to create a meaningful, fulfilling business.

​

It was what I wanted. So, I applied to be a part of her team and 6 weeks later I won a retreat to Florida with the top earners in the company while being able to contribute to my family doing something that felt GOOD.​

👉I went to bed every night SO excited to wake up every morning feeling like I was making a difference not only in my family’s life but also in so many other moms lives who felt the way I once did, too.

​

👉I got to be surrounded by other women who were just as ambitious as me and in doing so, SO many unexpected things happened OUTSIDE of the extra income. The light and positivity they shared completely transformed my mind. I went from negative Nancy to positive Patty (is that a saying? Lol). BUT seriously, the atmosphere I was gifted within this community was NOTHING like the critical environment I grew up in.

​

👉That energy radiated and rippled into my marriage. This business introduced me to how and why the mind is so powerful and how to do things daily to strengthen it to fight depression and negativity. 

​

👉It gave me a sense of purpose outside of the daily monotonous, often unappreciated role as a mother. It brought me LIFE and gave me something to look forward to everyday.

 

👉It broke me FREE from my unhealthy relationship with food. I no longer count calories, I don't believe in restrictions and I hardly EVER do cardio!

​

👉This journey of NOT being a fitness expert but being given the tools to become one gave me a foundation to step on and USE to share my testimony in hopes to inspire others WHILE earning an income for it!​
